How can Future Squared help me with my office search?
Our interactive website allows you to find, refine and select offices of your choice. You can submit your details or call us and one of our experienced consultants will discuss your requirements in more detail and provide you with a consultative bespoke service. We only provide office space that suits your criteria and specifications-we do not waste your time.
If you prefer to call us on 020 3950 0797, we can do the office search on your behalf, our search is completely free and impartial. Each search is bespoke to your specific needs to ensure we maximise your office search and we will keep you aware of current market rates, office availability and set-up all the viewings on your behalf and attend with you if required.
What Covid-19 measures are flexible workspaces taking?
We cannot talk about individual workspaces but collectively across the sector all precautions are being taken to ensure flexible workspaces offer a clean, safe and Covid free environment implementing various measures that may include – Staff training, signage and social distancing, sanitation stations, fogging offices, frequent office & centre cleaning, sensory devices, anti-bacterial furniture, push plates and doors, desk screens and larger office space to provide more desk space per head (may cost more).
Will my office rental rates be more expensive if I use Future Squared?
Absolutely not. All rates are set by the business centres and we will negotiate with them on your behalf to achieve the best possible deal. We continually benchmark the flexible office market to ensure that you never pay more than what the market rate should be – and often lower!
What types of office space do Future Squared market?
Our speciality is focused on the flexible office space market. This sector includes; Private Serviced Office Space, Co-working Space, Executive Suites, Meeting Rooms, Therapy Suites, Light Industrial Units, Virtual Offices and Managed Space. These are all available for rental on flexible lease (licence) agreements from one to 12 months or longer in some instances part- time office space is an option i.e. Monday – Wednesday allowing another company to use the space Thursday and Friday. The monthly licence fees are inclusive of rent, rates, services, cleaning, 24/7 access, utilities etc in most cases.

There’s is no fee, we are retained and paid by the landlord or serviced offices for marketing their offices and our introduction to help companies find flexible office space.
